What file format should I use?

PDF is our preferred format.
PDFs maintain their layout and formatting across computers and operating systems. This means that we can print out the product looking exactly how you designed it.

Other formats we accept

Document formats .doc .docx, .xlsx .pptx.
Image formats. .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, .png.

How can I get my files for printing to you?

You can email them to us via our email address orders@rapidcopy.co.nz. On the other hand you can come down and see us in person and bring the files on a USB.

 

What is your turnaround time?

We try to turnaround you job within 24 hours. This is dependent though on stock and current work load but we aim to work to your schedule as much as possible.

What paper types do you have?

We have a vast selection of papers on offer.
Paper weights start at 80gsm and go up to 350gsm. Additionally there is a choice of finishes including, matte, gloss and textured to choose from.

Can you print edge to edge (full bleed)?

Yes we can, but if you require full bleed printing please set up your file with a 3mm bleed.

 

How big can I get something printed?

If you are wanting something printed using our laser printers, for example booklets or documents, we can print up to SRA3 (450mmx320mm).
For sizes more than SRA3, such as plans and posters, our large format printers are able to print up to 1 meter wide and as long as you need.

Can I get my printing delivered?

Yes you can. We have several delivery options available to you, depending on your location and needs.
For our Wellington based customers we use Parcel and Fleet Solutions, a very reliable local courier. They offer several services from a 3 hour delivery through to a super urgent point-to-point service.
For our customers that are based outside of the Wellington area we use New Zealand Couriers.

Will this photo pixelate?

There this a number of factors that can prevent pixelization. Having an image that is 300dpi recommend.
