About Us - RapidCopy

A little bit about us

RapidCopy was purchased by its current owner, Olex Sydor, in October of 2017.

Since then, he has worked hard, not only to maintain and gain the loyalty of the existing customers but to grow, add new services and create a printing company for the digital world.

The RapidCopy Difference

Turnaround

Getting material and products that you want printing mostly has to happen towards to end of your project. At this point, time is usually short and the deadlines tights.
At Rapidcopy, we understand, and we make your deadlines ours. Because of this, we aim to turnaround most jobs with 24-hours or less and have procedures and practices in place to make sure we can achieve this.

A key component in this is that we have enough printers so that each printer has one other printer that can be used as back up in case it goes down and ensures we can keep printing even when we are waiting for a machine to get repaired.

If on the rare occasion we do find ourselves being unable to get a customers printing to them on time we will contact them, directly and discuss options with them.

Quality Control

At RapidCopy we make it our mission to make sure that our customers get printing that is only of the highest quality, which is why even though we promise a lightning-fast turnaround we also have strict quality control.
Every job goes through a process to ensure that only the top quality printing is produced.

We start by checking the digital file, making sure it has the correct paper size, layout or if it has bleed or not. If there is an issue that we cannot find easy workarounds for we will call the customer and discuss options.

When we have a digital file what is to the correct specifications, we will start the printing process.
First, we create a physical proof, to make sure that the layout is correct and that print settings are also correct.
If the customer has requested a physical proof we will provide one for them, and once we have their sign off, we begin the printing.
Jobs are checked for colour and alignment before we send them for finishing.
Upon completion, the job is checked by hand to make sure that there is no issue with any of individual units. If a unit does not meet our scrutiny, we will print it again.
This method ensures that our customers are always happy with the printing they receive.
